At the time of booking, a credit card is required in order to hold your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Customers who cancel an appointment within 3 hours of the reservation will be charged in full for the scheduled service. No call/no shows will result in a charge reflecting the full price of the scheduled service.
Fees resulting from cancellations and no shows must be paid in full before we can accept future reservations.
We ask that you please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
If you arrive late and it is determined that there is not enough time to complete your service to our quality standards, you may be asked to either receive a shortened service, or reschedule your appointment.
Whether you receive a shortened service or reschedule your appointment, the full amount of scheduled services will apply.
Prices and services will vary based on service provider and are subject to change. We will do our best to notify clients of any changes that may occur, but we do encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
