Reservations may be requested online, over the phone, or at our salon. At the time of booking, a credit card is required in order to hold your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Your services at Caliber Men's Grooming are reserved especially for you! We value you as a customer of ours and ask that you respect the salon's scheduling and cancellation policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive late or who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for their scheduled service. We respect the time of our customers and staff and ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice so that another customer will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment. When you miss an appointment with your service provider, not only do they lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.
All services require a credit card to hold a reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment. Upon checkout, guests may choose their desired method of payment. If your appointment requires a deposit at the time of booking, the amount paid will be applied to your total service charge at the time of checkout. Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
We ask that you please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Depending upon how late you arrive, your service provider may determine that there is not enough time to complete your service to our quality standards. If this is the case, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment so that your service provider can fully accommodate your requested service. Whether you receive a shortened service or are asked to reschedule, the full amount of scheduled services will apply.
Prices and services will vary based on service provider and are subject to change. We will do our best to notify clients of any changes that may occur, but we do encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
