What is your cancellation policy? Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to the "Salon Policies" tab for more information.
If I'm sick, will I be charged for cancelling my appointment? If you are sick and need to reschedule, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice when possible. Any cancellations within 3 hours of your reservation will still be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service. Our reason for this is due to the fact that stylists get paid by appointment. If an appointment is cancelled and there is not enough time to fill your reservation, your stylist does not get paid. Although we do not encourage anyone to come to the shop while they are sick, we also have an obligation to make sure that stylists are getting paid for their time. Please be mindful of this and give us as much notice as possible before changing an appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins? We do accept walk-ins! However, we highly encourage you to book your appointment in advance in order to secure your desired date and time. Our salon's schedule tends to book up about 1-2 weeks in advance (or further depending on your requested service provider's schedule). If you walk in or try to schedule an appointment the day-of, there is a chance we may already be fully booked.
What happens if I am running late to my appointment? If you are aware that you will be running late, please call us to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Depending upon how late you arrive, your service provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete the booked service to our quality standards. If you arrive too late, you may either be offered a shortened service, or will be asked to reschedule your appointment so that your service provider can fully accommodate your requested service. Whether you receive a shortened service or are asked to reschedule, the full amount of scheduled services will apply.
How early should I pre-book my appointment? We highly encourage our clients to prebook at the end of each appointment. Our salon's schedule tends to book up about 1-2 weeks in advance (or further depending on your requested service provider's schedule). The sooner you book, the better! Please note that stylists' personal schedules may change. If you book far in advance, there is a chance that you may be asked to reschedule your pre-booked appointment due to changes in their personal schedule.
I don't need a hot towel or scalp massage. Can I just get a quick haircut? Our Full Service Men's Cut is a 45 - 60 minute service that includes a scalp massage, shampoo and condition, hot facial towel, cut, cleansing rinse, and style. If you would like to forgo the hot towel or scalp massage, we will happily accommodate your request, however you will still be charged the full service haircut price.
I just need a little length taken off. Do you offer neck trims? Neck trims are available for returning clients when booking over the phone or in person. This service includes a clean up around the sideburns, neck, and ears using trimmers, as well a straight razor shave on the nape of the neck. Neck trims do not include taking any length off of your hair. If you would like any length taken off of your hair, please book a Full Service Men's Cut. This will give your stylist the time needed to cut, blend, and style your hair.
Can I bring my child here to get his hair cut? As a business, Caliber Men's Grooming does not offer child cuts for children under the age of 13. If you are interested in finding a salon for your child, we will gladly refer you to children's salons in the area! Please note that some stylists at Caliber may choose to serve children of long time clients. However, due to changes in our services, we are unable to accept any new child clients.
Can I bring my child with me while I get a haircut? You are welcome to bring your child with you, as long as they are supervised by an adult at all times. Due to the nature of the services that we provide, we cannot allow children to be unsupervised in the salon while their parent is receiving a service. This is not only to protect your child, but also to ensure that our guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing environment during their visit with us.
What services do you offer? Caliber Men's Grooming offers haircuts, massages, facials, waxing, beard trims, beard sculpts, head shaves, and straight razor shaves. Please refer to the "Services" tab for more information about the services that we offer.
Why do different stylists have different prices? Our differences in pricing are based on many factors that include: demand, performance, years of experience, longevity with the Caliber team, and personal choice. Our front desk receptionist can help you determine who will fit your needs best.
Why don't all stylists accept new clients? Many service providers at Caliber have built a large clientele over the years. In order to prevent extensive waitlists and overflow of clientele, some stylists have opted out of accepting new client appointments on their schedule at this time. If you are curious about who is available to accept new clients, please call us at 980-207-3342.
Do you sell gift cards? We do! Gift cards are available for purchase at the front desk of our salon, or they can be purchased on our booking website here.
